The opening of two new resorts from our beloved Six Senses brand, synonymous with out-of-the-ordinary experiences, is coming soon. Now that the dates are fast approaching, we would like to share with you more details about these incredible properties that will soon open their doors and have already started marketing.
The first of these is Six Senses Crans-Montana, a luxurious mountain resort next to the renowned Swiss ski resort at the foot of the Plaine Morte glacier. It will open in December, just in time for the winter season and, thanks to its location, will offer guests privileged access to the resort’s best slopes.
Six Senses Crans-Montana will have 45 rooms with terraces and one-to-three bedroom suites, all of which will be ‘Swiss chalet’ style, surrounded by nature and warmly decorated with a combination of natural materials. A Japanese restaurant and a 2,000 square metre Six Senses Spa, with state-of-the-art fitness facilities and a Biohack Recovery Lounge to optimise the body’s natural recovery processes, round off this extraordinary accommodation in the Swiss Alps.
From the mythical Alps we jump to the heart of the “Eternal City”, where Six Senses Rome is scheduled to open in early 2023. It will be the first Six Senses in Italy and will offer guests a green oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Via de Corso.
Six Senses Rome is the result of the restoration of the Palazzo Salviati Cesi Mellini, a beautiful 15th century historic building in a privileged location, close to the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. It will have 96 spacious, contemporary-style rooms and suites with high ceilings and sunny terraces. There will also be a Six Senses Spa, paying homage to the tradition of the ancient Roman baths – a refined luxury experience in one of Europe’s most historic cities!
Not forgetting, of course, the hotel’s gastronomic offer, which will include the Bivium restaurant-café-bar, specialised in modern Italian cuisine, and the NOTOS Rooftop terrace, a veritable secret garden with incomparable panoramic views of Rome.
These are the sensational new features that our Six Senses brand has in store for the immediate future and that we are so looking forward to discovering. Discover them with us!
